Careers — Build the next generation.
We are building a team of the brightest, hardest-working and most passionate people to build the next generation of trusted communication — united in one goal: to safeguard the things we hold most dear.
We're building the data links that make unmanned systems combat-ready. Now we need the closer who sells them into the heart of European defence.
You will build our brand infrastructure from scratch: corporate language, visual identity, website, templates, and content, and own it ongoing. There is no existing team to slot into and no playbook to follow. You bring the strategy, you execute it, and you hold yourself accountable to results.
Real ownership, real impact: shape how a defence tech startup shows up to the world.
As our first dedicated Talent & HR hire, you'll run the end-to-end hiring process across all open roles, keep candidates moving, and make sure we don't drop the ball as volume increases. Every hire you make shapes who ZeroPhase becomes. You're not filling seats; you're building a company, one hire at a time. The culture, the team quality, the kind of place this becomes: that starts here, with this role.
Own the financial and administrative operations of ZeroPhase: books, compliance, contracts, and everything in between.
Lead all operational activities across manufacturing, supplier management, and product certification, owning the path from prototype to series production.
Build the AI-powered tools and systems that make ZeroPhase operate at a level far beyond our headcount.
SDR integration, RF debugging, and test automation from production to platform.
Support the engineers who keep our UAV data links mission-ready: from the test bench to the field.
Support the technical integration and own the ongoing success of ZeroPhase's datalink systems across UAV manufacturer customers: from first hardware to full deployment.
Own the technical and project delivery relationship with defence procurement bodies and institutional partners, from contract award to operational deployment.
Keep the lab running: test benches, PCB rework, and hardware prepped and ready for the field.
As a Principal Embedded Software Engineer, you'll design and deliver robust software for custom hardware and radios, enabling secure global deployments, seamless user experiences, and resilient, high-performance data links.
Write software that runs on deployed SDR hardware: real embedded systems, real constraints, real field use from day one.
As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll build reliable data link systems, optimise performance-critical code, and deliver expert TypeScript React frontends while collaborating across engineering teams to create seamless user experiences.
As an FPGA / DSP Communication Systems Engineer, you will design and implement advanced digital communication algorithms, including modulation, coding, synchronisation, and equalisation, and translate them into real-time systems using DSP techniques and HDL (VHDL/Verilog) for FPGA platforms.
As an RF/Microwave Engineer, you will design, simulate, prototype, and validate RF front-end circuits for high-performance datalink systems operating in sub-6 GHz and microwave frequency bands. You will develop signal chain architectures including power amplifiers, low-noise amplifiers, mixers, filters, and frequency synthesis stages.
As an RF Power Amplifier Design Engineer, you will spearhead the development of high-performance transmission chains for our sovereign SDR systems. In this role, you will be fundamental to designing, simulating, and validating high-efficiency, wideband power amplifiers that serve as the backbone of our connectivity hardware.
Monitor, analyse and characterise the RF environment so ZeroPhase systems stay invisible, resilient and one step ahead.
As a PCB Engineer, you will design and layout the physical heart of our communication systems, integrating complex RF chains and high-speed digital processing into size-constrained, mass-producible modules. You will bridge the gap between theoretical schematics and battlefield-ready hardware, ensuring signal integrity, thermal management, and manufacturability under strict timelines.
If you believe you can contribute to the mission (RF, embedded, mechanical, software, ops, business) write to us. We are always interested in talking to people who want to build serious hardware for serious problems.
Sovereign, adaptive datalink technology for systems where staying connected is non-negotiable.
