About the role
Join ZeroPhase as our Design & Marketing Intern and take direct ownership of how we show up externally. You will work closely with the founding team to build a consistent corporate visual language, establish a content cadence on LinkedIn, create reusable templates for sales and communications, and develop our website from content to layout. This is not a support role. You will own deliverables from day one, and your work will be visible to customers, partners, and investors.
What you'll do
Brand & visual identity
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity and corporate language across all external touchpoints
- Build a reusable template library for pitch decks, one-pagers, proposals, and internal documents
- Create brand guidelines the entire team can apply independently
Content & social media
- Own the weekly LinkedIn content pipeline: posts, announcements, and company updates
- Translate complex technical topics into clear, compelling content for a defence and technology audience
- Contribute to the development of an overarching content and communications strategy
Website
- Manage and improve our website, from content updates to layout improvements and copy editing
- Ensure the website reflects the quality and seriousness of our technology and our team
What we're looking for
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in communication design, graphic design, marketing, media studies, or a related field.
- Strong visual judgment: a clear point of view on typography, layout, and brand consistency.
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable design tools.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
- Structured, proactive, and able to work independently without a detailed brief.
- Genuine interest in deep tech, defence, or complex technical products.
How the hiring process works
- Intro call. 30 minutes with our recruiting team. We'll learn about your background, and you'll learn about the mission.
- Deep dive. A working session with the marketing team on a small design or content brief.
- Case study, in Munich. A visit to the office to build out a mini creative brief with the team, in person if you can make it or over Teams if you can't.
- The offer. By now you've likely already met our CEO. This round is where we make it official: fast, transparent, and built around the mission.
